Creating a protein rich protein shake is quick and easy. All you need is a good blender and a few recipes.
Chocolate Protein
Use a good quality blender to make your shakes. In today's market, there are two types of blenders that are commonly available. The first type is the cheaper option, and cost between to 0. Take a close look at the blade. It's a rather thin blade. On top of that, the motor is weak as well.
Chocolate Protein
The higher end models cost 0 and above. The blade is two to three times thicker than the cheaper models. The motor is also much stronger, which means that you can mix the ingredients longer without having to worry about overheating.
Here are some recipes you can use.
Banana chocolate shake.
1 glass of milk.
1 frozen banana.
5 ice cubes.
2 scoops of chocolate flavored protein powder.
Mocha protein shake.
1 glass of milk.
1 scoop of coffee powder.
2 scoops of chocolate flavored protein powder.
1 banana.
5 ice cubes.
Vanilla protein shake.
1 glass of soy milk.
2 scoops of vanilla flavored protein powder.
1 frozen banana.
1 scoop of peanuts.
5 ice cubes.
Oreo shake recipe. (very sinful!)
2 oreo cookies or 4 mini oreo cookies.
1 glass of milk.
1 frozen banana.
2 scoops of protein powder (vanilla or chocolate)
1 serving of whipped cream (beware of calories!)
To break up the ice cubes, use the Pulse or Ice function on your blender. The Pulse function will help break the ice into smaller pieces and give the shake a smoother blend.

Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Protein, Chocolate Supreme 4 Pound Feature
- Anti-catabolic or muscle-protecting proteins
- Slow digesting protein that is beneficial throughout the day
- Takes twice as long to be broken-down into their amino acid subcomponents, than whey and other proteins
Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Protein, Chocolate Supreme 4 Pound Overview
Sometimes slower is better - especially when it comes to the rate of protein digestion. While rapid protein absorption is desirable immediately before or after exercise, delayed release is probably more beneficial throughout the remainder of the day. Casein proteins are pH sensitive and gel in the acidic environment of the stomach. As a result, it can take more than twice as long for caseins to be broken-down into their amino acid subcomponents than whey and other proteins. Because of their unique time-released qualities, caseins are aptly described as anti-catabolic or muscle-protecting proteins. Beyond The Basics 24 g Instantized Blend of Slow-Digesting Casein-Based Proteins Rich in Highly Anti-Catabolic Micellar Casein* Over 9 g of BCAAs, Glutamine, and Glutamine Precursors per Scoop Only 3-4 g of Carbs

Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein offers the slow-digesting protein essential for facilitating muscle recovery and preventing muscle breakdown. Rapid-protein use is desirable immediately before and after exercise to help refuel recovering muscles. However, delayed digestion and absorption may be more beneficial at other times, including bedtime, when your body typically goes for hours without food. Casein proteins are acid sensitive and thicken in the stomach. Because of this, it can take more than twice as long for Optimum Nutrition Gold Standard 100% Casein to be broken down into its amino acid subcomponents than other proteins. The industry's first all-micellar casein provides sustained-release amino acid support.
